Explore Australia in Comfort, Privacy and Style
Discover Australia at your own pace with LuxCar’s private chauffeur tours. Designed for couples, families, business travellers and visiting guests, each tour combines a premium vehicle, professional chauffeur and itinerary tailored to your interests.
Rather than following a crowded group-tour schedule, you decide where to go, how long to stay and which experiences matter most. Your chauffeur manages the driving, traffic, navigation and parking while you relax and enjoy the journey.
LuxCar private tours are available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with city sightseeing, scenic day trips, food and wine experiences and customised regional itineraries available by arrangement.
Private Tours Tailored to Your Interests
Every traveller has different priorities. Some guests want to see famous landmarks in one day, while others prefer beaches, wineries, cultural attractions or scenic countryside.
With LuxCar, you can provide your own itinerary or request assistance creating a route around your available time and interests.
Private tour itineraries can include:
- City landmarks and sightseeing
- Beaches and coastal destinations
- Food and wine regions
- Scenic regional drives
- Cultural and heritage attractions
- Shopping and dining
- Photography locations
- Family attractions
- Business and leisure combinations
- Airport or cruise connections
Admission fees, meals, tastings, parking, professional guides and other third-party costs should be confirmed separately unless expressly included in your booking.
Professional Chauffeurs with Local Knowledge
A private chauffeur gives you the freedom to explore without managing unfamiliar roads, parking or public transport.
LuxCar chauffeurs are professionally presented and familiar with popular routes, visitor destinations and convenient collection points. They can help the day run smoothly and offer practical local suggestions where appropriate.
A chauffeur is not necessarily a licensed tour guide. If you require detailed historical commentary, specialist guiding or interpretation throughout the day, LuxCar can arrange a professional guide or interpreter on request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Multilingual Chauffeur Options
Multilingual chauffeurs may be available for guests who prefer to communicate in another language.
Depending on the city, travel date and availability, LuxCar’s chauffeur network may include speakers of:
- Indonesian
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Hindi
- Japanese
- Korean
- Thai
- Other requested languages
Language preferences should be submitted as early as possible. A particular language cannot be guaranteed until LuxCar confirms the request.
Professional interpreters can also be arranged separately for travellers requiring more comprehensive translation assistance.
Luxury Vehicles for Private Touring
LuxCar offers premium vehicles for individuals, couples, families and larger travel groups.
Executive and Luxury Sedans
A premium sedan provides privacy and comfort for solo travellers and couples taking city tours or regional day trips.
Luxury SUVs
An SUV offers additional passenger and luggage space, making it suitable for small groups and travellers who prefer a more spacious cabin.
Premium People Movers
People movers such as the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and other available models can accommodate families and groups while providing generous interior space.
Chauffeur-Driven Minibuses
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles and other minibuses are available for larger families, corporate visitors and organised travel parties. Selected configurations can accommodate up to 14 passengers, depending on the vehicle and location.
Fleet availability varies by city. Provide passenger and luggage numbers so LuxCar can recommend an appropriate vehicle category.

A Sydney private tour can also travel beyond the city to destinations such as:

An hourly chauffeur booking allows the vehicle to remain available while you visit several locations.

Family-Friendly Private Tours

Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and booster seats can be requested in advance through LuxCar’s transfers with child seats service.
Provide each child’s age and other requested information when booking. Families travelling with several restraints, prams and luggage may require a people mover or minibus.
A private tour also gives families greater flexibility for rest breaks, meals and changes to the day’s pace.

A tour may be combined with:
- Airport collection
